Cheap Money. The cost of money (interest rates) are at a 40-year low... Imagine that, a situation where interest rates are at amazing lows. I talk a lot about positive cash flow and right now the phenomena of positive cash flow is moving closer and closer to the major capitals around Australia. I'll be giving you specific strategies and tactics on how to take advantage of this massive window of opportunity at my event.
Income Explosion. The income (rents) from real estate in some cases has increased between 30-50%... Rents have been increasing steadily over the last 2 years, making it attractive for invesors to get back into properties.
